Day 1: Departure

Early morning assembly in Shimla. Drive alongside the picturesque Pabbar River, passing charming villages and fields of wheat. Road conditions may deteriorate after Chirgaon. Cross the Pabbar River at Tonglu and ascend to Janglik. Total travel time: 8-9 hours.

Day 2

Trek from Janglik to Dayara. Cross the village and enjoy breathtaking views of the valley. Enter the forest and experience a gradual ascent. Camp overnight after multiple forest crossings. Trek duration: 5-6 hours.

Day 3

Trek from Dayara to Litham. Wake up early to witness the golden sunrise on the meadows. Traverse forests, meadows, and gushing streams. Admire the Dhauladhar range and the Chandranahan waterfalls. Reach Litham campsite. Trek duration: 3-4 hours.

Day 4

Trek from Litham to Chandranahan Lake and back. Encounter the glacial lake fed by surrounding mountain snow melts. Follow the stream, ascend to the ridge, and witness the snout of the waterfall. Return to Litham campsite. Trek duration: 5-6 hours.

Day 5

Trek from Litham to Dunda. Head northeast along the Pabbar River, pass Khubrini Thach and climb steeply through boulders. Reach Dunda Thach at the foot of the pass. Trek duration: 3-4 hours.

Day 6: Return

Trek from Dunda to Manerang via Buran Pass. Traverse the ridge and boulders, ascend to the pass, and enjoy a mesmerizing view. Descend the steep path using ropes and slide down the snow field. Set up camp by the river. Trek duration: 9-10 hours.

Day 7:

Trek from Manerang to Barua. Descend to a stream and follow the well-marked trail through grasslands and pine forests. Reach Kahrcham by afternoon and depart for Shimla. Total drive distance: 250 km.

Day 8:

Buffer day in case of unforeseen circumstances. Keep it in your travel plan. If used, a charge of Rs. 2,500 per day will apply.
